I understand that I will be required to review and sign an engagement letter with Anderson Law Firm PLLC. This engagement letter must be reviewed and signed prior to the start of any legal production by Anderson Law Firm PLLC.

I understand that my trademark application may or may not achieve federal trademark protection. I understand that all fees associated with my trademark application are non-refundable (meaning if my trademark does not achieve federal registration status, I am not entitled to a refund of any kind).

I understand that if I select the 50/50 payment plan, my final payment must be received by June 30, 2024. Otherwise, I will lose my trademark special savings and have to pay the current full rate for any future trademark filing.

I fully agree to review and sign a separate engagement agreement and agree that I will be subject to those terms and conditions, including but not limited to that I am not allowed to move forward with any chargeback requests and that I fully agree to submit payment for all services rendered. I fully understand and agree that Anderson Law Firm PLLC upon receipt of any fee from me will be considered earned upon receipt and will be deposited into a non-trust account.

In the event that a conflict is discovered by Anderson Law Firm PLLC, so long as it is discovered prior to the filing of any trademark application, the buyer will be entitled to a refund minus any and all administrative fees and legal fees associated with all work performed prior to the discovery of the conflict.
